Savannah, Georgia may not be the first place that comes to mind when thinking of luxury, but AVIA is setting out to change that perception in the most audacious of ways.

The first in a handful of high-end, new concept boutique hotels located in some of the hidden treasures of the country, AVIA Savannah takes two relatively new approaches in its hotels. The first is constructing a hotel completely from the ground up. Boutique hotels are usually forced by the constraints of an existing site. Progressive architecture is given free reign, which is evident in the persona; touch of over 150 rooms and the common areas.

AVIA Savannah also sets out to become part of the community and not just a destination. Local cooks were brought in and relationships were created with leaders of all the top shops and attractions in the city so the guests can have the option to experience more of Savannah than the average tourist.

With upcoming hotels set for Napa and The Woodlands in Texas, AVIA is giving luxury a new home and those hidden treasures an extra jewel in the crown.
